The reflective episode...
Well, we never got off to Gothenburg this weekend. It all had to do with some odd illness my daughter stumbled across last friday. But it really didn't matter cause the important issue is that she is well again. The weekend was spent cleaning the house instead, which we of course all think is a good equivelence to a christmas theme park...not! Credits to Marie who did most of the work though.
We also baked the traditional "lussekatter" (Lucia Cats) which is a kind of christmas bun with saffron. If you want a recipe with design examples click here »
Today we celebrate Lucia at breakfast by eating these lucia cats, drinking wine punch and dressing up like the saint herself (image), some of us
