Yet again I'm forced to record a show during extreme conditions just to get the drug of the Polarbear to you, my devoted listeners! I'm not really complaining but IT IS hot. We're not built to cope with these kinds of heat issues up here in the nordic regions.

Got some info I'd like to share about Lebanon on this show. You know, Sweden is one of the first countries in the world to get their citizens out of that place. Impressive!
The capital city Beirut (picture) was, from what I hear, once one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

It's almost too hot to record. My voice sounds funny and the meters on the equipment indicate overheating! So heat is the natural topic of todays show. Hope you enjoy it!

It's good to be back!

And this time I even got Marie on the show! It was recorded on the 22nd of june but not released until today, because of lack of time with editing. This show will replace episode 58 of the normal show, and the Polarbear Podcast will be back next week! It's summer now, so we take it all a bit slower... Hope that's ok!

I'm not going after all!

I guess the biggest announcement on this show and during the entire 2006 is that I regretfully have decided to cancel the trip to Ontario, CA, due to insuffiant funds 2 months prior to the deadline of planning the trip! It hurts me to have to do this, considering so many of you have tried to help me, in every way you can, but I just can't fit this trip into my budget as it is. It just doesn't add up. I'm sorry.

Apart from this sad news I tell you a bit more fun news about a new potential sponsor and also a lot of things about my trip to switzerland last week (picture).
