Tue, 25 April 2006 The Sponsorship show! Today I am very proud to present my brand new sponsor - Univeristy of Minnesota Press. You will be hearing a great deal from them in the future, but... this is nothing that will inflict on the content in any way! It's just a sponsor spot on the top of the show but I am very pleased and honored to have them on board. So why am I constantly going up to Stockholm? Well, today I give you the reasons and talk a little bit about the "big black hole" of design! The family has come out of the illness-period now! And it's great to be able to do things again; have a picnic, take a walk, go to the playground and so on! A new podcast has seen the light of day, but it's all in swedish this time, so I'm sorry, but many of you might not understand it. It's the first new show coming out of the Polarbear Studio since we started. And it's all about being a kid in Sweden today, and it features my son as the host! Sponsor: University of Minnesota Press Music on todays show: The Core, Mobius Triplet (during the intro-talk) Zioneye, One Love and Google Earth Simpatico, Resolve (during the feedback) Comments[3] |
Wed, 19 April 2006 The post easter episode! This easter has been the worst family holiday ever. We've been sick, all of the family, and I have just gotten my head above waterlevel. Marie is still down and out an dwe'll see when she can get back to work. But the good side with that is that she can stay home with my son who is in his second week of chicken pox. We bought a car last week. A pitch black Opel Astra hatchback which is awesome. It's almost like new and has only rolled some 5000 swedish miles and that's not much. It still has that new-car smell. I'll be trying to put some Polarbear Podcast Stickers on the sides of the car now, just to give it that last touch... Podcasts mentioned: The Skipper Voyage The Nodcast Geek Farm Life Music on todays show (in order of appearance): The Core, Mobius Triplet (during the intro-talk) Christophe Goze, Breathing Christophe Goze, Little Boy Simpatico, Resolve (during the feedback) Comments[1] |

The first small flowers have started to pop out of the soil and some odd chemical reaction has started in our bodies, kaing us walk around all day smiling! Today I introduce a new segment of the show called "This week in Sweden" and it's just a short mentioning of what's going on this week, should you by any chance be in the neigbourhood. Thu, 6 April 2006 Hi again! After reviewing the code on the website I found a little glitch, which has been taken care of... so now everything should be working properly. Please send me some feedback about if it does or not. Peace / Andy Category: podcasts -- posted at: 3:48 PM Comments[0] |
Thu, 6 April 2006 Hi everyone! It's come to my attention that my website isn't working properly in certain browsers. The main problem seems to appear in Apples Safari and Internet Explorer, PC-version. To your right you see how the website SHOULD look if displayed properly. I am looking over the system later tonight (when I get home from Stockholm) to see what the problem might be. Until then, please use the shownotes page (yeah, that's this one) since most information can be found here as well. If you have any comments regarding this issue, please send me an email or leave a comment! Thank you / Andy Category: podcasts -- posted at: 3:12 AM Comments[1] |
Tue, 4 April 2006 ![]() The rain keeps falling down!!! I decided last week that I would start riding my bike to work. Why you ask? Well for two reasons really. First of all I want to loose some weight and get into shape. I am so tired of being tired all the time. The second reason is pure financial. Taking the car to work costs me rediculous amounts every month. So I took the bike on thursday...just listen to what happened! I would like to welcome my brand new ClickGrid sponsor: Podernize.
